Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Some are needed for a page to work at all; others exist to tell the site’s owner how the page is being used. Under Polish telecommunications law and the GDPR, everything in the second group needs your permission first.
What we do before you decide
Nothing optional. When you arrive, our tag manager starts in a blocked state — Google’s Consent Mode v2 signals are set to denied before any measurement code is allowed to run. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only once you say yes, and if you say no they are never loaded at all.
Your answer is remembered for six months. We do not ask again during that time, and we do not treat closing the banner as agreement.

This one cookie is set whichever way you answer, including when you refuse everything. Without it we would have no way of remembering that you refused.
Analytics — only with your consent

Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it only decides which measurement code may run.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity records how the page is used — where the cursor goes, what is clicked, how far people scroll — and can replay a session. Text you type and text on the page are masked before the recording leaves your browser, so a recording shows shapes and movement, not content.

Microsoft publishes the authoritative list at learn.microsoft.com; it does not state a fixed duration for every cookie, so we do not restate one here.
Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days — up to 9 months for a small sampled or favourited set — and heatmaps and aggregated metrics for up to 9 months. Google Analytics keeps user-level data for 14 months.
Marketing — off
We run no advertising and set no advertising cookies. The category exists in the banner so that the choice is already yours if that ever changes, and so that Google’s consent signals for advertising can be passed on correctly — set to denied unless you decide otherwise.
Changing your mind
Open Cookie settings — the same link sits in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as agreeing was, which is the point.
You can also delete cookies and block future ones in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie means we will ask about cookies on every visit.
