Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit callmymum.com or contact us. It is written to satisfy Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO).
1. Who is responsible for your data
Call My Mum is a brand of 33 indeed sp. z o.o., Myśliwska 70, 80-283 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP) PL9571122830. We are the controller of the personal data described below, within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR.
Contact us about anything in this policy at info@callmymum.com or +48 501 766 424. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; there is no legal requirement for us to do so, and enquiries go straight to the address above.
2. What this site is, and is not
callmymum.com is a single informational page. There is no online shop, no user accounts, no newsletter and no contact form. The only way to reach us from this site is by email or telephone, which means most visits leave us with no personal data about you at all.
3. What we process, why, and for how long
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your name, email address, telephone number, employer and whatever you write, when you contact us | Answering your enquiry and, if it goes that way, preparing an offer | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in replying to business correspondence | The duration of the exchange and up to 3 years after the last message, matching the limitation period for business claims under Polish law |
| Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser, clicks and scroll behaviour, and — in Microsoft Clarity — a recording of the session with text content masked | Understanding which parts of the page are read, which are ignored, and where visitors get confused, so we can improve them | Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent. Nothing here is collected until you allow it, and you can withdraw at any time | Google Analytics 4: 14 months. Microsoft Clarity: 30 days for session recordings (favourited and sampled recordings up to 9 months), up to 9 months for heatmaps and aggregated metrics |
| Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, time of request, address requested, browser identification | Keeping the site available, diagnosing faults, defending against attacks | Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the site | As configured by the hosting provider, typically a few weeks |
Your cookie choice, stored in the cmm_consent cookie together with the time it was made |
Remembering what you decided, and being able to demonstrate that consent was given — which Art. 7(1) requires of us | Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with a legal obligation | 6 months, after which we ask again |
Providing data is never a condition of using the site. You can read everything here with every optional cookie refused. We only need your contact details if you want an answer from us.
4. Who else sees the data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. The following companies process data on our behalf, under written data processing agreements:
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Only after you consent to analytics.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — Microsoft Clarity. Only after you consent to analytics.
- OVH Sp. z o.o. — hosting of the website and of our
@callmymum.commailbox.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law obliges us to do so.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and Microsoft may process data on servers in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as providing an adequate level of protection in its decision of 10 July 2023, and both contracts additionally incorporate the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We will send you a copy of the relevant safeguards on request.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy (Art. 15);
- correct anything inaccurate (Art. 16);
- erase it (Art. 17);
- restrict how we use it (Art. 18);
- hand it to you or another controller in a machine-readable form (Art. 20);
- stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time — for cookies, through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of what was done before it (Art. 7(3)).
Write to info@callmymum.com to exercise any of these. We answer within one month. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
7. Automated decisions and profiling
We make no automated decisions that produce legal effects for you, and we do not profile you. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the page, not to build a picture of individual visitors.
8. Children
Our product is made for children, but this website is addressed to the adults who run museums, galleries and science centres. We do not knowingly collect data from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the content management system is limited to named accounts. We collect as little as the purpose allows, which is the most effective protection there is.
10. Changes to this policy
The date at the top tells you when this text last changed. If a change affects what we do with data collected on the basis of consent, we reset the cookie banner and ask you again rather than assuming your earlier answer still stands.
